How do I view pending POS transfer requests from my online dashboard?

  1. Log on to your Moniepoint dashboard either via the app or web.
  2. Select the business profile you want to access
  3. Click on 'POS Transfer' from the menu
  4. Select 'pending' 
  5. Check for the transaction and click on it to view
  6. Scroll down and click on Accept or Decline.
