How to Block Your Account via USSD using a third party phone number

Step 1: Dial *5573*911# on your phone

Step 2: Choose the "block account option", then select "stop debit transactions"

Step 3: Input the phone number or account number linked to the account you want to block.

Step 4: Confirm with Your PIN

Step 5: You’ll see this confirmation message:

 “Your Moniepoint account(s) have been successfully blocked.”

Step 1: Dial *5573*911# on your phone and select Card Menu.

Step 2: Choose the "Block card" option, then select "Block all cards."

Step 3: Input the phone number or account number linked to the card(s) you want to block.

Step 4: Confirm with Your PIN

Step 5: You’ll see this confirmation message:

 “Your Moniepoint card(s) have been successfully blocked.”
