1. Incorrect PIN
If the PIN you enter is incorrect, the session will end immediately after one failed attempt.
A prompt will display: "Incorrect PIN. Please try again or contact our Support team."
2. Account Not Found
If the phone number or account number you entered is not linked to any Moniepoint account, a prompt will display: "We couldn't process your request. Try again or contact support if the issue persists."
3. Invalid PIN for Matching Account(s)
If the phone number or account number exists, but the PIN does not match any linked account or card.
A prompt will display: "Incorrect PIN. Please try again or contact our Support team."
