How can I unblock my account/card with my number or a third party number

You can unblock your account yourself using your registered phone number or via a third party number using the USSD code *5573*911#.

How to Unblock Your Account via USSD

Step 1: Dial *5573*911# on any phone and select Account Menu.

Step 2: Choose the Unblock Option, then select 2. Resume debit transactions.

Step 3: Input the phone number or account number linked to the account(s) you want to unblock.

Step 4: Confirm with your PIN.

Step 5: You’ll see this confirmation message:

"Your Moniepoint account(s) have been successfully unblocked."

How to Unblock Your Card via USSD

Step 1: Dial *5573*911# on any phone and select Card Menu.

Step 2: Choose the "Block card" Option, then select "Unblock all my cards"

Step 3: Input the phone number or account number linked to the card(s) you want to unblock.

Step 4: Confirm with your PIN.

Step 5: You’ll see this confirmation message:

"Your Moniepoint card(s) have been successfully unblocked."
